Academic enrichment programmes are designed to provide innovative learning experiences for students both inside and outside of the classroom in order to reach their maximal academic potential. The College Enrichment Programmes are responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of student support services and activities which are designed to assist students' academic achievement and their personal, cultural and social development.

Various seminars conducted during the years are as follows:
“Confidence Building and Goal Setting” conducted by Mr. Xavier Das, Trainer of Sarga Kshethra, Changanachery and former HOD, English Department of St. Jude College
The a seminar on " Need for Discipline on campus” was organized and led by Dr. Jolly Jacob, Syndicate Member, Associate Professor of Mar Ivanios College, Trivandrum.
A session on ”Hindi Language and Grammar” by an eminent scholar and educationalist Dr. H Parameshwaran. The lecture was followed by an informative, interactive session with the students.
The Department of Computer Science, has organized a one day workshop on “Networking & Basic Hardware Introduction" by a team of faculty members from KELTRON REC IT Education centre, Trivandrum led by Mr. Mohammed Aslam, Master Trainer, KELTRON.
The Department of Commerce has organized a one day workshop on " Financial Education” led by Adv. Jayakumar, SEBI.
A Career orientation programme was conducted by Mr. K. Madhavan Nair, Centre Head, NIIT, Trivandrum.
NIIT, an authorized certified IT trainer conducted a skill set mapping seminar on JAVA Technologies. Lead speaker was Mr Umesh Chandra, Territorial Technical in charge, NIIT ,Bangalore
The Department of Computer Science, has organized a seminar on “Career Opportunities in IT & Management” resource person was Mrs. Asha Nandakumar, Director of SUNTECH, Chennai and Business partner of NIIT
A surprise visit by the Vice Chancellor, Christ University, Bangalore Rev. Dr. Fr....... gave an enriching talk on the topic "Motivation and Inspiration ". The highly instructive presentation was followed by a useful question–answer session.
The Department of Management organized an extension lecture on “Comparative Analysis of Economics and Business” by Dr. Francis, former principal of Mar Ivanios College, Trivandrum
“Benefits of Reading” the session was handled by Prof.Khyrunnisa, a retired professor, Dept of English from All Saints College, Trivandrum.
On the occasion of Wild Life Week a quiz competition was conducted by Ms. Devika, faculty of English Department
On the occasion of Women’s Day Smt. Rosakutty Teacher, Chairperson, Kerala Women’s Commission gave a talk on “Women Empowerment”.
Padmasree Theilin Phanbuh (Chairperson) Meghalaya State Women's Commission, gave a session on “Women's Response to the Crisis” on the occasion of Women’s Day celebrations.
“Status of Women Today” a session was taken by the Mayor of Trivandrum Ms. K.Chandrika. She spoke about Women’s Rights and gave an insight into the differences and discrimination women face in different areas.
A high calibre Yoga Training Instructor Mr Livin gave a Yoga training and Meditation practice to the students.
Staff Enrichment Programmes:
One-day workshop for teaching faculty on "Effective Teaching Skills” at the nodal office of Christ University, Trivandrum by Mr Lawrence, Trainer.
Two-day Teacher Development programme on the topic “Technology Aided Teaching” by the resource persons Mr.Krishnakumar Sarga Kshethra, Changanachery and Adv. Vamanakumar, Lawyer of High Court of Kerala
Awareness programme on Spoken Tutorial Project by Shri..Swapnil More, Training Coordinator, Spoken Tutorial Project, IIT Bombay was attended by Ms.Anjana Rajan, faculty, Department of Computer.
